We began the project by developing a detailed storyboard to define the structure and visual direction of the animation. From there, we moved into production, crafting a smooth and dynamic animation built to handle large-scale data integration. The final solution was engineered to ingest over 4 million individual user statistics and automatically generate 4 million personalized video exports.
Flitsmeister provided an initial storyboard outlining the narrative of the animation. In close collaboration, we iterated on this foundation and expanded it by introducing engaging backgrounds and visual elements that enriched the story and enhanced its overall impact.
The storyboard was brought to life in After Effects, where thoughtful object motion and seamless scene transitions were used to build a clear and cohesive narrative. A key focus was keeping the video concise, resulting in a final animation with a runtime of 37 seconds.

Vibeday received the video template and build a custom code which allowed for scalable personalised video renders. By leveraging AI-driven code optimizations and smart configurations, the production time of a 4-minute video export was reduced to just 25 seconds, enabling fast and scalable content creation.
Over 4 million users received their personalized Flitsmeister Flitsjaar animation in their inbox. Each video highlighted individual driving statistics from the past year, including total kilometers driven, the number of traffic fines avoided, estimated savings, and the user’s position in the overall Flitsmeister ranking.
